Step 1. Filling out your Info
The first step is to fill out all the info we need from you to calculate your caloric intake*

Step 2. Choosing your goal
Choose your goal, if you want to gain muscle in a calorie surplus, select 'Weight gain'. If you want to remain the same weight, select 'Maintenance'. If your goal is to lose weight select 'Weight loss'
Step 3. Calculating macro's
From this step, you should already have your calorie goal. If you also want to calculate your macros, click the button 'Calculate macros' if you made a mistake or you want to calculate your calories again hit the button 'Calculate again' Calculating macros is very easy, adjust the slider to divide the 3 types of macro's such that they add up to 100%. Click on the '>' button to convert the percentage into the amount in grams. Click 'Calculate again' to calculate your calories again.
